The Glenbruar House provided a cozy vibe with comfortable beds. The room had great storage space and convenient tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast at the Best Western across the street had a decent selection but the service experienced delays. It took an hour to complete breakfast, which was frustrating. The bathroom was a bit cramped, and the lack of reliable soundproofing allowed noise from the street to disturb our sleep. Staff members were friendly but seemed a bit overwhelmed, leading to inconsistent service. Despite these issues, I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the affordability of the stay.

The restaurant across the road served a delightful dinner with swift service—perfect for refueling after a long day outdoors! I also loved the spaciousness of the room, making it a cozy retreat after an adventure.
The room felt a tad noisy with the road nearby and a cheeky lack of ventilation. Plus, staff seemed to flounder a bit when it came to menu options and beverage availability. Still, you can’t help but appreciate the charm in the chaos!

absolutley stunning location, but the lack of soundproofing and very small bathroom had me questioning my choices. not to mention, I expected complimentary refreshments for my troubles. instead, I received confusion and staff that seemed lost. the whole experience was, simply put, underwhelming. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t!

Such a charming little inn! Clean, cozy, and it had a lovely vintage vibe. Perfect after my wild camping spree—definitely a step up in comfort!
The check-in process was a bit of a merry-go-round, and finding my way to breakfast felt like a scavenger hunt. Not quite the morning adventure I had in mind!

good stay but noisy at times
The bed in my room was wonderfully comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff showed great friendliness and willingness to assist, enhancing my overall experience. Plus, having access to the dining options at the Best Western across the street proved convenient for meals after hiking. I enjoyed a delicious dinner there that was both filling and satisfying.
Being close to a busy road made it slightly noisy at times.
